Thank the Lord for Honest-1! The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, friendly, and was very inviting. Not only that, they had an opening and I get to have $10 off my oil change just for checking in to my Yelp app! He told me what to expect and said I'd need to drop my car off as they have a little wait. I dropped my car off, they said they'd be done in an hour or so or maybe earlier. This place is more expensive than dealerships. I called around to 5 different shops and this was the highest priced auto in the north subs. They wanted almost double the price of other shops. How are they in business?

Went here for years for basic services, but as soon as my car started having issues the treatment and service changed. If you need more than basic services, I would go elsewhere. My last experience after spending literally thousands of dollars there on questionable repairs was having a plastic panel of my car cut into removing a piece of it. After getting a flat in one of my tires back in January, during a nasty Polar Vortex, I was able to squeeze in an appointment here with 1-2 days notice after finding a number of other shops were booked for nearly a week. I dropped off my car the day of the appointment, and picked it up later that day. They had fixed a bent rim and informed me the tire should now hold air, and the repair cost was around $33. No detailed bill of how much parts cost or how many hours of labor. 570$ bill for 45 mins of labor and a 200$ part??? Completely blank bill and a broken door that's not repairable is what I got. No response from management nothing. Go to LAMETTRYS COLLISION if you want good service and great repairs.
The honesty and integrity of Honest-1 worries me. They provide super high quotes only to slash their prices in half when you tell them about the competition. I would never recommend them to anyone. I received some coupons in the mail for a "back to school service special" and I really needed an oil change and figured I may as well get my fluids and brakes checked as well. I brought my car in on a Saturday and was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half until my car would be ready.
