We have had quite the year with our boys! Horse Heaven has always been there for us no matter the situation. We absolutely love everyone that works there and want to thank them for everything that they have done for gunner and Finn. I have never left a review before but if I could recommend any place for your pets it would be them. We are so thankful for everything
Every employee that works here has a very high level of compassion and customer service. This speaks volumes for the team leadership and the customer service training they receive. We have been here twice in the last 6 weeks and have nothing but positive things to say. I am thankful we have this high level of urgent veterinary care in this community.

Had to put down my dog of 15 years. This office is absolutely amazing. The care and compassion they show is out of this world. The room they do it looks like a little living room so your animal can feel more "at home." I would recommend this office to anyone. They genuinely care and it shows in the way they conduct their business. So thankful for this staff!

Just Had my 10 year old Chi in and they did great dental wrk including many teeth that had to be extracted after 2 days she's happy taking her prescribed meds and has a happy mouth 3 months ago we had to have a eye removed on Buddy he's doing great! Professional great follow up and caring staff they are well organized for a small place... lots of staff attention' this is where I have pets well takin care of by professionals thanks guys buddy and Maggie Marchese ... 10 paws up! They are the best vet in tri cities. They get your u in quick and take good care of my animals. They will do what they can to offer an affordable price. They have helpede with everything from puppies shots to infected ears. They are awesome

This is the best vet that i have ever been to. My baby, Moe, had a grade 6 heart murmur and congested heart failure. We just moved here from Cali and my old vet was not responding to us for over a week, resulting in Moe going a day or so without one of his meds.
