The room I had was disgustingly dirty and stained everywhere. When asked to clean it they first send someone to "investigate" it then they sent someone to "clean" it. Which wasn't even clean and I told the lady that she expressed that they were stains. Then when asked where to park we were given a run around until someone finally gave us a parking pass to park in the gates. The elevators took too long to come as well. Was in town for a Blues game and paid for a king suite for the night. My wallet was stolen at the game, luckily there wasn't much in it except for my ID. At check in I was informed that since I didn't have my ID it was illegal to let me check in, even though I had my credit card that was used to pay for the room. Understandable, but I was then told that we could not put the room in my girlfriends name even though she had all proper ID and Credit card for incidentals. Worst casino experience ever! One night when I was very intoxicated they have no problem letting me blow a lot of money and I had fun doing it so I'm not upset about that. The next night I arrived either the rest of my party went in looked around gave my wife some money and went to look for some food. I went over to Ozzies and decided we should eat there tried to go back in the casino and was denied entry because I showed "visible sings of intoxication". No stars, no recommendations. This was our first experience with this casino and I can say 100% that I will never go back. I went to cash in my big winnings and the machine shorted me about $150.00! So, thinking someone would be able to help, we tried getting it figured out. They made their mind up in the beginning that they were going to do NOTHING for me. The slots are too tight no matter high you bid low high bonus don't pay anything
The casino employees were nice and friendly and the slots were a little loose lol!! But the cleanliness of the room was terrible!!
The people are not nice. The service is horrible. Had the worst time. Will NOT return.
We stayed in St louis last and it was terrible. The front desk clerks were rude upon check in and hateful to everyone. They have noticed posted they "hold " $50 for incidentals but please don't ever use your debit card. They charge you your room fee and the $50 upon check in. Then they charge room fee plus $50 upon check out THEN they charge your room fee upon check out. Yes that is $600 for ine night. They say they will release the hold but it could take up to 2 weeks!!!
