We tried to have dinner at multiple restaurants in Lumiere last night after enjoying the car show at America's Center. Ozzy's had plenty of open seating and the diner only had three full tables and we were told it was an hour wait for Ozzy's and a half hour wait at the Diner. We left and ate at Morgan Street Brewery. How do you expect to make money and support the people TRYING to support your businesses?! You all need to figure out how to accommodate that and attract enough employees to make your business work or else your ... read more

Bad from the start. At check-in, I ask front desk person if I needed one of the parking passes that I saw stacked on counter. She says No. Get to parking lot and they need a Pass or it is 10 bucks a night. Go back to front desk and she insists I don't (question...then why do you have a stack of them at counter). Anyway, I just park in casino lot so I don't have to deal with it. Internet and wifi at hotel is horrible with no options. No outlets exist near bed to use. In 3 days staying there, was never greeted by any e... read more

Lumiere has become easily the worst casino in St. Louis now that Tropicana has taken over. Customer service is Non-Existent. Expect to overpay for food and drinks, and expect to be playing the tightest slots imaginable, because of the extreme overhead cost of the huge complex, that is really the smallest gaming floor in St. Louis. They have the worst and overpriced buffet of all the St. Louis casinos. When the place opened, they had poker dealers that had absolutly no clue what they were doing. If service and experience mat... read more

Arrive at hotel 2 desk personnel tell us there is a shuttle that arrives 90 minutes before the game. Great it's very cold outside getting picked up and dropped off sounds ... read more

Don't expect to be treated like an adult at Lumiere Casino. They enforce a moral code that is in it's essence hypocritical at best. After you get screwed out of your money, if you curse you will be ejected immediately. Even though they push alcohol on you the entire night the very second you slip up and curse at your lack of luck, they will happily escort you out for such moral corruption. It seems they only selectively choose to eject you once you have gone into the red. Wow, what a coincidence. Stay away from Mary the Te... read more

My stay has been pleasant. Guest Services were professional and helpful. The hotel itself can use a little updating. There were some carpet stains on the walkway floor leading to the rooms. I think this and some other minor things were due to understaffing. Overall, my room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. At the end of the day, great place to stay if you are not expecting five star accommodations.
