The vents of the hotel were very dirty, me and my boyfriend got sick once we turned the ac on. There’s absolutely no parking. The view wasn’t great at all.
The service was terrible
Sofa bed out of order and changed the room. This time the air conditioning control box out of order. Asked the fix but took 3 days. Hot water in shower out of order. No/little cleaning
Room was not cleaned and was run down, service was unprofessional and there were multiple people that had the same exact problems
Property was ok, the staff on the other hand were not professional at all! The young kid at the front desk was blaring his music on his phone, I literally had to talk over it to have a conversation with him. Besides that I wouldn’t call it a completely failure, I’d give it another chance.
- our room we originally request was damaged and we were reassigned to a suite - the suite’s bedroom door and bathroom door were broken/ defected. The bathroom door slides open and doesn’t fully close and the bedroom door came off it’s hinges when we tried to shut it. - the pull out mattress is stained with red stains and did not come with any extra blankets, pillows or sheets. We had to request an extra blanket twice.
Nada todo es terrible no limpian la habitación en los tres días . Cobran el desayuno y no lo ofrecieron por el coronavirus . Es un robo cobrar por servicios que no dan ,
The lady at the front desk canceled my reservation and said that Expedia had canceled which was a lie I traveled over two hours to be there and it got ruined thanks to the hostess at the front desk
