We came to an agreement on the price and conditions that were to be met upon delivery of the vehicle and put down a deposit. We waited for 5 days ( to account for a major storm and Nana's day off) to receive the vehicle and the work that was promised was NOT DONE. No explanation. No apologies. Just NOT DONE. All I have to say is that this location will tell you any lie to sell a car. Their strategy for selling cars are despicable!!!!
This is the worst experience of my life. These people sold me a 2021 lemon and have washed their hands of it and me. I had to put new tires on this car out of my own pocket the first month and now 4 months later my air conditioner isn’t working and I have to pay for that too. I am told if it would’ve happened in the 1st 30 days it would have been under warranty, because everyone uses the ac in march. Never ever buy a used car from this dealership, I was just a sell never a customer.
After my oil change my check light engine came on. 1 day later my car wouldn’t start.
Having oil leak from front cover after timing belt was done in January 2024. Went to kenny to see if warranty would cover; they ignore oil leak (cover under front of engine has oil, indicates a leak). Would like to discuss with shop manager. Has never leaked until after timing belt work.
The Customer Service There is Horrible and I will not ever come back there.They don't Greet u with open arms at all just Horrible.
It should not take two hours to get an oil change. I should have gone to speedy lube. They were not apologetic at. all.
Check engine light still on, and now it's saying the engine is overheated, haven't had the car 3 weeks
Me and other customers had appointments on April 27th and waiting times was from 2 - 3 hours. The purpose of appointments is to eliminate extensive waiting.
