Not very responsive! Had to make multiple calls and texts to get a response. Had appointment but they were not available when we got there! Did not listen to what I wanted! Numbers kept changing and they could not explain why! Manager and sales rep did not communicate! Finance department was great! Car was not cleaned up very well! Slip shot dealer misrepresented financing, which was agreed upon by myself on day one. Wasted my time.
I would never go to this dealership again. I almost bought a used vehicle that hadn’t been checked over by anyone. Apple CarPlay didn’t work, there was a large scratch with paint off on the front end. I felt like they were not honest. I was there all day & ended up keeping the vehicle I had, because I could not trust them.
The dealership registered me under the wrong car, so a week after getting my new car, they wanted me to come back and swap out to the other car. Didn't even give me the option to try and redo paperwork, so I had to push for it. Finally, they re-did all the paperwork to let me keep my car that I had always thought was mine to begin with.
Don’t get caught with getting their warranty package. They will sell it to you as it’s the best thing out there but when something goes wrong, good luck getting it covered. I recently brought my car in for an oil charge and I had a problem with my display screen. I provided them with theTechnical Service Bulletin (TSB) and the Service Alert stating this is a defect. The vehicle I purchased was fine and the sales person I worked with was fine but the finance process was less than ideal. Finance dept assumes you’re going to opt into an additional package. When I declined the additional package they made a huge deal about it like I changed something on my end but I never agreed to it during the sales process. I left a $500. Deposit on a car. When I arrived to purchase it, it had a few major scuff. I declined to go forward with the purchase. Now they refuse to return my deposit. Total scam.
Brought car in for acceleration and possible transmission issues for repair. Their diagnosis was it needed a new air flow sensor and offered to buy the car for $100, I declined and authorized the repair. After they said the car was ready I asked if it's repaired, they said yes. I drove off the lot and was nearly hit by a car as my car stalled in the middle of the road, the car was now running extremely hot and the acceleration issues were worse and had to bring it right back in.
