"Would not honor the claimed Military Discount." Nothing special about this dealership. Saleman was a good but the Mananger didnt care much about anything. Still purchased a car but only due to driving 3 hours so didnt want to leave empty handed. Recommend shopping around.

"Appt. for oil change means nothing!!!" This is the second time my son who bought his Pathfinder from this dealership has made an appt. for an oil change, and had to wait over two/three hours to get waited on. What good does an appt. make? I was getting ready to purchase a new vehicle from you, but will not even consider it now do to your service dept. "Express Service Nonexistent " Expect to wait at least two hours for express service. Not worth the free oil change. Do not expect to receive a survey when you receive subpar service. I attempted to contactcontact the service manager directly with no response leaving me to post negative reviews whereverwherever I can. This was my first and last purchase from this dealership! p.s I have purchased 6 nissans.

"Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad" worst buying experience of my life. they're the reason the car industry has such a bad reputation. i would recommend everyone to stay far away.

"Tiresome " The way wheeling and dealing for a car anymore is so tiresome it's almost not even worth it. Although it took me several tries to come to an agreement about what I needed we all finally got together and I walked away happy customer

"Won't buy again" Get it in writing! That is what this dealership told me. The manager said he has questionable shady sales people and that I should have gotten the details of my agreement in writing. Beware, the new owner of this dealership could care less about any issues and obviously even less about retaining my business in general. Go somewhere else!!!!!

"New Name, Same Terrible Service" Miserable. The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership in my life. I first visited this dealership when they were "Morris Nissan." Since they are only 10 minutes from my house I was looking forward to a long and convenient relationship with these folks. Unfortunately they aren't interested in anything more than basic price gouging and fabricating issues with my vehicle in an attempt to run my service bills up.
