I'd like to say 1 for the start of my Purchase and the hassle I was put through of getting a car and having g the sales man get incontact with me in a timely manner then having to talk to a sales manager because the salesman would t answer his phone then Initially then sold the wrong car and the dealership text me not called but texted me and informed my wife 2 days later that I needed to bring my car back for the correct car so it was not a fun experience but Andrew the salesman manager was nice and so was John but Christia... read more
JP Was fine. No problem with him. But the policy that I am not able to drive the car off the lot is shady and makes you guys look xxxxty.
The sun roof has a seal issue and there is a noticeable scratch on the passenger rear door

I want to share a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I originally came in to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer L. I was provided with information for that specific vehicle, including the VIN and mileage. After discussing pricing, I was later contacted and told that a bank was found that could approve me under the terms I wanted, and I was invited back to complete the deal. Experience was good but took way to long Other dealerships from the time I say I'll take it to leave 45 minutes tops I spent nearly 2 1/2 hours in the dealership Stop with the call the manager and let him ask canned questions. Everything John had to do he had to go ask a manager Empower the sales people
Tried to trap me in an upside down loan , kept adding random unnecessary warranties and when asked to remove it they freaked out and said they would return my deposit. Worked out for the better. Initial salesman I spoke to John Adams was amazing tho 10/10 service from him. Extremely dissatisfied with this location.
