"What's next that needs replacing on my 8 year old vehicle?" "No service after the sale" So far we have had little to no service after the sale. They are unwilling and unsuccessful in repairing our car which is only 3 years old. We did buy an extended warranty which apparently is of no value. They treat you as if you are ignorant and do not actually listen to you. "Very Dissatisfied" Went in to replace an alternator, just to find the valve cover gasket was leaking again. Something that I just had repaired back in February. Service department tried to tell me that my alternator not functioning properly had nothing to do with valve cover gasket leaking onto it. The alternator is just below it, how can it not. Then tells me it'll be $937 to replace my alternator. They claimed they fixed the valve cover gasket, yet didn't clean up afterwards!😣😣
"Service experience" Told service should be about 1.5 hours. Service took 2 hours. Had oil changed, tires rotated, other 5 K checks. Checked car next day and found tire rotation not done. (100% sure). Called dealer, got in, tires rotated. Still wonder what else not done

"First service after purchase" Becca was very friendly and knowledgeable. The oil change was done quickly, however I've had to ask 3 times for the time to be cleaned. The day I purchased the car there was residue from stickers left on the rims. At this visit the sticker residue was gone but all 4 rims are now scratched. I'm highly disappointed that I have to drive a brand new car around work scratched up rims due to lack of care in the detailing department. "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER " DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. About a month ago my husband purchased a new vehicle and put down $5000 cash. All the proper documents were signed by all parties, monies were received, and my husband drove off happily in his new 2016 Maxima. "Buyer Beware" Worst I've been treated by a dealership in over 45 years of buying cars. First they assume your're stupid, then they insult you, then accuse you of wasting THEIR time, and finally try to prevent you from leaving. Salesman was great, sales manager needs to be far, far away from a customer service job. A total embarrassment to the car business and the sad part is he thinks he's smart.

"Slow and lack of communication " I was told 45-60mins for a tire rotation and oil change, it's been over 2hrs and I have yet to get my vehicle back! Terrible!!!
