Experience was good but took way to long Other dealerships from the time I say I'll take it to leave 45 minutes tops I spent nearly 2 1/2 hours in the dealership Stop with the call the manager and let him ask canned questions. Everything John had to do he had to go ask a manager Empower the sales people
Tried to trap me in an upside down loan , kept adding random unnecessary warranties and when asked to remove it they freaked out and said they would return my deposit. Worked out for the better. Initial salesman I spoke to John Adams was amazing tho 10/10 service from him. Extremely dissatisfied with this location.
I was truly disappointed in the service I received today. I was not expecting to pay $576 dollars for a tire rotation and new wipers. The cost ended up being for power steering fluid and brake fluid, which were not due for another 2000 miles. I wanted the front and back windshield wipers replaced when I filled out the service request, and the service person only did the front wipers. Okay ? ? We went back and forth with the finance officer, Isaac. We felt pressured to sign.
Was a waste of my time. Made a deal over the phone, expressed that I would be driving in from out of town. Had a signed Buyers Order and deal was rescinded.

They sold me a truck with an oil. leak, then wanted to charge me $159 to see what the problem.
What an experience. Not sure where to start. I was not impressed at all with my salesman. I've purchased many cars and know what I want when I contact a dealership. To be matched with a salesperson who had no personality, no customer service skills, and kinda nonchalant about legitimate questions destroyed the fun of purchasing. My family wanted me to move on to another dealership, but I really wanted the car for my niece. Just be careful how you treat folks.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Hudson Nissan. I left feeling robbed and forced into a bad contract for a vehicle I don’t want after initially selling me a lemon and taking responsibility it as long as they got their commission! Very very bad experience!!!
