Staff professional and polite. On time. Technician explains procedure and asks a few questions and asks if I had any questions.

I’d had a call to schedule a pre-op appointment and returned the call and confirmed a 1pm appointment for Thursday, Jan. 16. When I arrived, the receptionist said I did not have an appointment, but I did have one for Friday, which I ignored. Figured it was a crossed wire. He insisted that I did not have an appt., and when I showed him the scrap of paper I wrote it on and showed him the record of my two-minute phone call, he told me to go sit in the waiting room, which I did. I'm sure you know... the waiting room times are ridiculous. You ask for us to check in 15 minutes early, so I did. Then I too a seat. This time, it took 45 minutes to get called: 15 early check in plus 30 minutes past appointment time. WHY????? On top of that, the check-in kiosks (iPads) were a horrible experience. It asked to scan my insurance card but it seemed the scanner did no work. Then it asked to scan the Dr.'s order and again, it wouldn't even turn on. I was there at 11:45 and my appointment was at 12:10pm don’t get to see the technician until around 12:55pm

Upon entering the building, I was greeted by an array of machines that I was directed to by a harried worker. Never mind that I was there due to an injured hip and was having trouble standing. I was told to enter all My personal information into the kiosk which later turned out to be faulty. When I got to another window and had to stand there, another harried worker wanted me to stand at his window in front of a lobby of strangers and tell him all my personal information.
