The check in staff was efficient, professional, and kind. The MRI staff lacked an introduction with their name to me. They were handling the process more like a cattle call then a highly sophisticated procedure. They did not check in on me verbally with the 3T MRI. They left me until the 1st MRI was completed, pulled me out, and I coughed to clear my throat, etc. They didn't ask me how I was, etc. Then shoved me back in for my 2nd MRI, again no verbal check in....

Everything went smoothly although the individual inserting the IV did have a problem. The tech preforming the MRI was helpful and gave good info all through the test. Please note this was a second visit for the same test as the first one several weeks prior did note go well. I was in the "tube" for over an hour for a test that was described as taking 20 - 30 minutes. I had to leave even before the contrast part was started. I was very upset when told the whole procedure would need to be repeated.

Less efficient recently, hard to get an appointment!! Recently, my mri appointment got cancelled less than 24 hrs. Wasn’t notified by Hill imaging less than 24 hrs. Very disappointed!!

The technician was extremely professional and kind and patient due to the fact that I am hindered by My painful shoulder. that’s the positive feature. I don’t think the multiple stations for the purpose of signing digital authorization for treatment enhances ones experience in any way.. It’s another annoying digital apparatus that although the personnel assigned to help navigate the outcome, it would be easier to be handed a paper Questionnaire and the signature sign, signed with a pen can be passed to the person who can el... read more

The front desk could have been a little more user friendly. I felt bad for the seniors who were having difficulty checking in on the kiosk. Some were having trouble standing there for the length of time it took.
