The ultrasound tech was unfriendly and made a comment she didn’t know why Brittany’s doctor would order a pelvic ultrasound when she can’t hold urine for a full bladder. Brittany is disabled and wears diapers. We did our best to give her lots of water prior to the ultrasound sound. She has been diagnosed with breast and colon cancer we are trying to do our best for her. It was insensitive to make that comment considering the situation.

The technician that did my scan was very professional. but my main problem was my appointment 8:40 AM I didn't get out till 10:00 AM that's too long have someone sitting up there waiting for a scared on an in addition to that the parking lot cost me $10. I don't know what's at Huntington that you have to charge people so much money for parking and having them sit there 2 or 3 hours for an appointment there are people coming to Huntington they can't afford that.

Unfortunately, the parking structure is owned by another company and we have no control over what they charge. With that being said, we do have Huntington-Hill Breast and Imaging Centers in Glendora, West Covina, Arcadia and one in Pasadena on Cordova that offer free parking. Although I like the facility and the front staff was very nice. The technician was unpleasant and did not have a good bedside manner. It was as if she was mad!

I was pretty stressed out when I showed up. When I said that I would like to wear my yoga pants and top (metal-free) for an MRI of my ankle as I had (erroneously) been allowed to do at a different MRI, rather than show curiosity as to why or show one iota of compassion, the young woman who took me back instead said, "The technician is not going to risk losing his license if you wear your own clothes."
