When I 1st rescued Boss Hogg from the Pit Bull kill shelter down in Cincinnati, OH on Thanksgiving 2021 he was in horrific bad shape. He had fleas and ticks and skin and stomach problems. Just the scratching so aggressive, he would make himself bleed. I brought him home back to Denver to Dr. Heller to be fully examined. We needed to give him all his vaccines, change his diet, give him allergy shots every other month for him to be in great health. The staff here have always been so helpful and attentive to me and my pup. I have visited them for regular checkups, medication refills, and emergency services since 2017 and I have been very satisfied with their services, competence, and prices. They even give me a veterans discount which is very appreciated. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me and my pup. In the last year the front office has majorly turned things around. They have clearly hired more staff and the service is so much different. I am so pleased. We normally see Dr Heller or Dr Welling and really do love them both. All the techs we have dealt with have been amazing too. We thought about changing clinics for awhile and I am so happy we decided to give them another chance.

Front office is not friendly, back of office is amazing! I've been taking my dog her for almost a year now and the front office team is not friendly. When you call to make an appointment you're holding for more than 5 min or they hang up on you, they don't say ask if you're willing to hold they just put you on hold. I continue to take my dog here because their back of office team is great and take care of my dog quick! That's the only reason I keep going! I've had a good experience with Emily at the front. I've only been to Huron a couple of times, but I would say my experiences have been more positive than not, I have had a rather short/snippy receptionist answer my calls before, and same with a brief encounter with a vet tech, could be stress with the pandemic changes at first, however I will say my last two visits to get a cytopoint shot (for allergies) for my American Bulldog were amazing, I wish I remembered the names of the previous 2 vet techs I've seen... This was our first trip to Huron Animal Hospital after being on the search for a new home vet for our babies. We did a walk in service because I felt i needed to get my pup in ASAP ( which I'm so thankful they offer, since there were no appointments left for the day) Our first experience with Dr. Tyler was incredible, she was super helpful and I felt like she actually cared about our baby, as much as we do. Friendly staff, affordable prices. You feel like you don't have to take a loan out to care for your pets while receiving quality care. Have met a few of the doctors, all of them have been excellent with my pups!

Love Huron! Just had my dogs toe amputated it was to broke to fix it. Awesome got her scheduled for surgery fast. When my two Labs needed to be sent to rainbow bridge which was without a doubt a horrible day. Dr Heller came to us. He was very compassionate and waited for us to say goodbye. The office staff is sometimes hurried but that's okay It's a very busy place......
