I have been bringing my pets here for years, and I love this place. I have gone to other vets (because I got free visits when I bought my dogs) and I didn't like them even 1/2 as much. I have never had to muzzle my dog here, and at other places they just muzzle dogs routinely (strange, and not ok with me) and they always love on my dog here. These people are wonderful!! Dr. Heller is excellent and will tell you straight forward how things are. I've been taking my dogs here for years. I tried to save some money by visiting another cheaper alternative. And it was a HUGE mistake. I will never go anywhere else again.

I have 2 cats and after I moved to Colorado, it took quite a while to find a vet that also offers boarding considering I travel a lot. I have to say Huron Animal Hospital is the best. They always meet and exceed my expectations. I feel truly safe leaving my cats in their hands because it seems they really spend time with my cats while they are being boarded. I've been bringing my cat Daisy here for a few years now and Huron Animal Hospital has been very good to us. Even though we only come in for yearly checkups and minor illnesses, Dr Jones still remembers Daisy and me every time. (no, that's not a requirement for me but it's still a good thing). They offer an array of services and they have very accommodating hours. They are even open late on Thursdays and they accept walk-ins when available. I love the Vets at Huron Animal Hospital. All of them are so good with my dogs and I have only positive thoughts about them. They have taken such good care of all my animals whether a minor or a major thing. They always love all over my babies and take so much time examining them. I have had to have two of my kids put to sleep and they staff and Vets there were so caring and cried right along with me. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a new Vet or emergency care for a pet. Love them all BC

We got a new dog recently, who unexpectedly had some serious skin issues. Over the past couple of months we have been to this clinic three times, and every time I felt like I was getting the best quality care. The doctors are extremely nice and more than willing to discuss any issue that I may have. I just got off the phone with Dr. Jones who was kind enough to discuss the different treatments available to me over the phone... she spent about 10 minutes talking to me, and I never felt rushed to wrap it up. I cannot say enough positive things about Huron Animal Hospital, and I am the type who is quite critical of pretty much every business and service I come into contact with. We had a very sweet and extremely old kitty who needed a lot of special care and attention - she would go 6 months without a problem and then would have 6 months of frequent illness, and the cycle would repeat. This place takes at least 2 hours when you have an appointment, majority of the time you are sitting here waiting while the staff is laughing talking about weekend plans. There are 4 customers currently that have been waiting 45 minutes just to be seen. They don't seem busy as I am one of the 4 customers that are currently not being seen.
