We took our dog here because he was vomiting blood. They vet and their techs said he was just nauseous and needed some fluids and pills. And xrays and blood work. After spending $600 and mentioning that our dog was vomiting more blood before we left (which they told us was "normal") our doggy died later that same day. When we called to let them know they said there's nothing they could've done for him and we can donate the very expensive medications we just bought. They keep trying to send me a bill because one time when I was there I had an appointment I was 5 minutes late which was no problem I didn't mind sitting down and waiting. But half of the staff didn't have masks on so I just walked out. It's offensive when I have to wear mask and everyone else doesn't have to wear one around me especially when they're on the job. Took my 5 yr old chi mix in on Thurs., 10/7/21. I told Dr Heller he wasn't peeing, eating, or walking. He took an X-ray, which he showed to me. It showed his heart was slightly enlarged, his bladder was completely full. Dr Heller gave him an antibiotic shot, some pills, and sent him home. Three days later my little guy was dead. I took all 3 of my pets here and was very happy with Huron animal hospital. I brought my 4 month old puppy here because she was constipated and sounded like she was in pain. Dr. Rick heller diagnosed her with "gas". not long after the appointment. our Babygirl passed away. not knowing that the cause of her passing away was renal Dysplasia, my husband and I brought our 18 month old angel here because he seemed lethargic and abnormal. Would give so many less stars if possible.. Worst place on the planet, by far the RUDEST most condescended pieces of garbage to work in this this industry or any! I have worked with high schoolers that have more respect than dr. d**k bag Heller! I'm almost always pretty calm but somehow they have me walking out of there shaking, this place is the scum of vet clinics. The nastiest workers and most disgusting attitude. We took in our dog on 8/24/21 because he was wincing in pain. After waiting over an hour to see someone, mildly understandable as we didn't have an appointment, we were finally seen. We told them about our pup being in pain and that he was a sensitive pup. The tech mentioned that a sedative COULD be an option to make him more comfortable for a visit with the doctor. The doctors are pretty good but the front staff is very terrible with communication skills and Hospitality. Very rude and crude reception not to mention doctor Keller's wife that runs the show up front is a worse person to deal with under any circumstance. I seen that they only show a two and a half star review I understand why now. I must not be the only one that is this dissatisfied with them. We'll be looking for at least four and a half maybe five star Veterinarian Service from now on.

I have been going to Huron Hospital for many years. The techs and vets are awesome. The receptionists and front office staff are very rude. They are always rude and do not want to wait on customers or answer the phone. Time to find a new animal clinic.

I took my dog in for an appointment and their systems were down. I missed the call from them when their systems were up, but called directly back and couldn't get through to anyone. I never received any other call or statement. I got a call from a lady there who said they knew the systems were down but now I'm delinquent and have extra fees. I said I am perfectly able and willing to pay but I will not pay extra fees as I tried to pay and I hadn't received any statements, nor any communication. She said I should have called... read more
