When I got to the clinic I called to let them know I had an appointment. I was placed on hold for four minutes when the phone rang back but nobody answered so it went to their voicemail. I tried calling back three more times until I finally got someone. When I asked the receptionist not to place on hold and told her I was only there for an appointment, she got so rude with me, which was uncalled for. I hung up the phone and left. Racist place ever I took my dog in yesterday for an emergency when I was gonna pay the deposit i gave them my debit card they asked me for my ID I show my Mexican passport they told me they can't take that went to the bank take some cash out went back they took my money but not my dog they made Waite in the car that's when my dog died. The manager told me they have the right to refuse Mexican Ids how stupid I'm paying for a service not asking them for a loan..

Brutal management. Mask too low, mask too high, other customers with no mask, no f***s. High prices compared to other local vets. Confrontational about customers health. No wonder the parking lot is always empty

Worse customer service place ever. Receptionist are so rude not helpful at all and try to rush you off the phone quickly! Good thing I scheduled else I will not be giving these people my money or taking my dog to them.

Like previous reviews. The vets and techs are awesome but their front desk is incompetent. I cant believe how poorly they run their business. I called set an appointment for my dog verified with the rude front office lady several times to only find out when we get there they don't have an appointment in their system. They lost my business now wonder why they have such poor reviews. I would highly recommend going elsewhere! Thumbs down Huron Animal Hospital i would give zero stars if i could.

If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. HAD an apt scheduled, called to get an estimate of services for 2 of my 4 dogs. Was told all 4 need to come in for services that were already rendered back in January costing about $500+. Today's apt would have cost about $400. Almost $1,000 in the course of 6 months for basic followup. They also charged me for a micro chip in my cat some years back, THAT WAS NEVER IMPLANTED. I am giving them 1 star because I have to put something in the box. They deserve no starts at all! I brought my sweet little dog in to this place. I am not a vet but I knew she was extremely sick. For 3 days I brought her in and was told "NOTHING is wrong with her". On the 4th day she looked at me, laid in my arms and died. My sweet little girl died and was in pain the entire 3 days. Oh man... I used to love this vet clinic. We would drive 30 minutes to get there despite having several perfectly good vets near us. We have been going there for nearly 13 years but unfortunately that ends today. The techs and doctors seem to be fine. Unfortunately, the one we had seen for most of our time there has left. But the couple we have seen since we're good. We just hadn't got to know them as well as we knew the other. My 6 yr old Boxer has been seen at Huron since she was a puppy. 2 weeks ago we took her in as she was acting odd, pacing, batting at her ear and seeming to be in discomfort. They looked in her ears, no redness, gave her missing shots and sent us home. 2 days later I took her back as she was not better. Made aware she is not acting right something is wrong.
