Worst thing going. Bought my car there. In five years I have spent $9500 getting it fixed. They don't give a F about you. Just your wallet. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

We were NOT IMPRESSED with this dealership tonight! There were 3 dents that were not mentioned before we drove all the way there...and when we asked them to take them out (at their $250 cost) the response was that they are throwing in the FLOORMATS!!! Um, am I crazy or should a 2015 come WITH FLOORMATS? Not exactly what I'd call good customer service - what a waste of time. PS- be prepared for a RIDICULOUS documentation fee! (Like an additional $450-Ish after all is said and done. Don't waste your time!

husker collision center poor quality work, they had to redo their first attempt & their second attempt was worse, they did not remove any molding, there is clear coat on the molding i'm the trunk. there was over spray all over the car, there are several fisheyes in the paint and you can actually see through the paint to the black sealer/primer because the paint was applied too thin in spots. all around horrible experience and they refuse to help, forcing me to take legal action. i have taken thr car to another mercedes... read more

Absolute worst customer service and service department I have ever dealt with! Impossible to ever get to talk to anyone about the service being performed on the car, a month after having a repair done the same issue arose. I've now called three times, left three messages for "service advisors" and no one has called me back. Insane that this place remains in buisness. Will surely be reporting them to GMC national

Beware of husker auto their sale men and managers will lie to you and not follow through on their deals.we had a contract and when the day before came I called over a dozen times no returned calls. The next day day I got Dustin sales manager? said they could not honor deal they screw us around a whole week.We then had to go elsewhere. The biggest problem was when they detailed pickup they had damaged it and the parts manager Dana Lillie said to take vehicle and bring it back later that they could not repair it until it was ... read more

Please avoid this dealership at all costs, they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell or the repairs they complete on vehicles. I have been trying to get them to fix an issue since February of 2015 that they refuse to acknowledge. I have also brought other issues to them that they blatantly ignore.

Went in for maintenance, was told the wait time is going to be an hour. Waited for two hours. Asked one of the staff to find out what's going on. However, he's not helping at all and I'm still waiting right now.... Wouldn't be coming back here anymore. I would rather go somewhere else rather than ruin my whole day schedule here again.

First time customer I was made to feel like I was a bother to the service advisors. Told me an hour to program a key fob to my car, was left in the waiting room for 2 hours without any care. Finally after I got tired of waiting I went back to see where they were at and see my car in the service bay running. They charged me $60.00 more than what they quoted my husband for the new fob that they ordered and had to order a key (which was not a special key with a chip or anything). My family has purchased 5 new Mercedes and BMW vehicles from Husker Auto over the past 10 years. When we recently finally figured out we should check other dealers to see it their prices were competitive we were sadly disappointed. Other dealers in Omaha and Kansas City gave us better prices with just a phone call and no previous business relationship. The worst part of Husker Auto is the service dept.
