Hyatt Place Gilbert not impressed The hotel room mostly clean when we arrived. Except for the couch and the bathroom. When we walked we were met with the sofa bed that looked disheveled - as the couch cushions were filthy and strewn about. We had to reassemble the couch including the filthy cushions. This couch was not comfortable and should be tossed. In the bathroom, the grout between the tile in the shower and the bathroom floor looked dirty. The Westside of the property is very LOUD IN TRAFFIC NOISE.....

This stay was horrible. Pool area smelled like sewer. They advertised bar and restaurant. The check in clerk ran all stations. No bar or restaurant. There was a menu, but they were out of most items on the menu. The complementary breakfast ended early, so we had to buy coffee at the "Starbucks" bar. I will never stay here again. I spoke to the desk and only got a "I'm sorry"
