RecommendedEveryone was so kind, cheerful & helpful. Clearly all who come here after hours has an emergency with their pets they love & you are treated like the only patient they have. Total professional care. They are all wonderful, from the front desk when you check in to the vet & their techs.

I took my little dog in Sunday because she was not eating and had no energy. They were all so very kind and very professional. It took no time at all for Dr. Thornton to figure out the problem. I highly recommend I-20 Animal Hospital for all the pets you love.

They saved my dog's life! He was stung by something and had anaphylaxis. Within a few minutes he went from being completely fine to being almost lifeless. Of course it was a Sunday afternoon and his regular vet wasn't open. I'm so glad that this place was! They saved him and he spent 2 nights here recovering. They kept us updated and were all extremely nice. We had a great experience and we're so glad Riley is ok! Thank you!!

Dr. Thornton and her team are caring, compassionate and thorough. Today we said goodbye to Tux. He was only a year and a half but he lived BIG! I really can’t say enough about Dr. Thornton who explained everything in detail, made sure I understood and had time to make a hard decision with all the facts of her quick work. She never rushed but took great care of me and my pet. She even asked if she could pray before we said “see you soon” to Tux. This made a hard day a little easier💗

The vets and staff are all amazing! We found this place by happenstance as we were looking for emergency care for our miniature dachshund, Moxie. Everyone took great care of her and honestly took good care of us too. We were worried about her, but the staff took the time to answer all of our questions, phone calls, etc. to make sure we knew how Moxie was doing and that she was being well cared for and loved. I’m so thankful for them and plan to start using I-20 Animal Hospital for all 3 of our dogs for their regular veterina... read more
They saved my 10 year old Chihuahua's life and I will be forever grateful. She had a life threatening infection and they didn't waste any time getting her into surgery. They were very informative on her condition and the cost. I was able to get updates and even visit with my dog while she was recovering. I thought the cost was reasonable given the situation. They are compassionate and really care. They took very good care of her and she has fully recovered and is doing well. Thank you so much!
Without their emergency care my senior cat wouldn't have survived. The front desk, Vets, Vet Techs & Management all took good care of not only Chaz but my fragile state of mind. A couple of concerns came up while he was in their care & not only did they listen (super important) they went out of their way to resolve. They truly do care.
