    3/4/17 this app has to get an award for releasing worst versions. The screen now keeps refreshing between screens , the one touch buttons rarely work and when they do the check mark is very hard to see. Still no ability to drain the hot tub. I still have to go out there every evening to manually lower the spa water level via the control box . Spa temperature doesn't update like it used to, you have to switch back and forth between screens . The slider buttons for on /off are awful, please go back to the simple regular button... read more

    It's ok, except for the battery drain issue and when you think you have turned off say the filter pump, it's still on cause of the stupid button design

    The main problem with this app is that it uses sliders to turn items on and off, but also uses a slide gesture to move between screens. This has to be changed since it causes many unwanted interactions. The biggest issue is the on/off sliders. Sometimes they don't work! It shows it is on, but will then show off a few seconds later. If you don't pay attention that spa heater you turned on may not in fact be on. Change these to tap actions, not slides. And give feedback that the item is turning on or off, then confirm it.     Broke overnight Something happened with the app overnight, and it will no longer connect to my aqualink. Nothing else changed, and I can still connect through the web....so it appears the app in the culprit. Sucks.

    For some reason the light button is in the place where the blower button is. So when I select a color light it turns the jets on in the hot tub. What gives? It wasnt always like this. Must have changed on the last update. I tried uninstalling and reinstall but it didnt fix the problem.

    LOUSY PERFORMANCE the performance is sketchy at best. Constantly loses connection. Have to get the antenna to re-acquire the wi-fi network at least 2x a week if not more . Programming the variable speed pump is not very intuitive and after 6 months still not sure it's programmed properly. Quite frankly, it's a crap shoot, whether or not it will work on a day to day basis and rolling snake eyes most of the time. Highly disappointed in a rather expensive product.

    Where's the red color mode?! Very basic app which is fine. Requires multiple taps to get an options selected even when I know there is a long delay it still doesn't work and it is more annoying than a real problem. My biggest grip is that I can see colors in my pool in multi color modes like America using red but I can't have just red. There is no reason it shouldn't be available.     Costly bugs This app works decently however there are bugs. Often times, you have to touch a button multiple times to get it to activate. Most irritating issue I have had for about two years is that the pump will turn on intermittently outside of the schedule which is not as bad as the heater turning on as it wishes, esp. in winter time and spending a fortune when it's not set to do such. I have had two so-called experts troubleshoot this with no luck. I've changed WiFi systems in an attempt to solve that issue. NG
