    Please roll back to 4.0.1 while you're fixing your mess. The app is working great until 4.0.2. Did you even do testing before you release new version? Very unprofessional.

    Completely broke the Android app with a notification about a bug in the iOS app. Why? Now this app is useless.

    New update is super slow... very discouraging as I haven't even.swam.in the pool since installation....fix it or give us an older version plz

    The latest updated is so very slow and doesn't work all the time. I had to shut off the pool by putting it in service mode because the app wouldnt turn it off.. NEVER had an issue until the latest update. :(

    Horrible update...I shouldn't have to click open the only system everytime the app opens...also shouldn't be forced into landscape mode when using Web browser to program

    I'm a pool tech. Latest update is not good. I hope you'll fix it. You took a good app and made it almost embarrassing to show clients. Slow to load. Has to reload every time I switch back to home. Slow to slide to devices. Just slow. Even the feedback form does not work! Thanks for the reply, but this is so bad, I won't install any more until it's fixed. I'm telling everyone to hold on iQ's. Not a threat. Just the truth. I'm hearing from installs from almost 2 years ago. Smh!

    3/4/17 this app has to get an award for releasing worst versions. The screen now keeps refreshing between screens , the one touch buttons rarely work and when they do the check mark is very hard to see. Still no ability to drain the hot tub. I still have to go out there every evening to manually lower the spa water level via the control box . Spa temperature doesn't update like it used to, you have to switch back and forth between screens . The slider buttons for on /off are awful, please go back to the simple regular button... read more
