App still down due to server maintenance for many days now, this is beyond belief that maintenance takes that long. Cannot use the pool/spa controls anymore.

This app worked fine until server maintenance on 5/3/18. Now it won't connect at all and it has been 3 days! Logged out and back in several times and nothing happens. I am a new customer, only been using this app 1 month. I really hope this is not an issue every time server maintenance is done. Very frustrating.

Just upgraded from the PDA and this system worked for all of about an hour. I read about the issues leading up to the server maintenance and since 4/3 the system has been down. What company does a server maintenance that's supposed to take several hours and turns into 3+ days. Hope they fire their make shift IT department. I want my PDA back..... at least it worked. Don't go with this system.

Terrible app. Most of the functionality that you'd expect from a pool pump app is done by sending you to a website that is slow an not very intuitive. The app itself only turns your pump on or off, perhaps the lights too. Everything should be done via the app. Scheduling, pump speeds, etc. And the server has been down for three days now with no end in sight.

It worked out fine until the server maintenance which was supposed to be 3 hours downtime. It's now 3 days, and they didn't have any contingency plan except redirecting you to a faulty connection on their desktop interface. So much for "reliable" app and their IT department that didn't switch back prior to the update. I'd give it it a zero if I could. Thumbs down at the lowest rating.
