I had been using the app for months and it and the card control app worked great. During the last two weeks, though, it has stopped working and crashes EVERY TIME I try to log on to either app (I realize they work in unison). I have called customer support repeatedly to try to get some help and find a solution to the problem. The frustrating thing is I can get NO help from anyone. No one has any idea what's happening or that there is even an issue with the app.

Just updated my app and now it won't fully load and open. Wish I'd never updated it. Worked perfectly fine before.:(

quit working after some time, wont load accounts

stuck at "retriving accounts" hope this isnt a taste of thingz to come. Updated, I understand android versions 7-9 are supported, spent the whole weekend updating phone still at version 6 after several updates. Am I forced to purchase a new phone just to have the privalage to use the app? not very customer friendly.

75% of logins try to force me to create another account to log in to the same bank account

What is the point of having a remember me log in if I have to enter a password every time, this app is so bad it has been retrieving my account information for over an hour

Unfortunately the app has many technical issues the foremost being a constant crash at login. With each new update I would expect the app to get better, but it only brings more problems.

Having such a hard time logging in.....when it gives me a temporary password, it won't even work...getting frustrated...

l did the app update and now my accounts won't load at all. It is version 3000.6.1.3673 and it does happen every time I log in
