This app makes me angry. I can never just use my fingerprint or pin, it ALWAYS makes me put in my password, and then makes me input a pin, and THEN it makes me name my damn phone EVERY single time I login. I hate this stupid app. Navy Federal has a great app. ICCU should learn from them.

This app is broken and it is a shame that they haven't put resources into fixing it.

Every now and then, an error occurrs and I am unable to check my account. Today the error has been going on for 10 hours.

With each update, the app gets worse and worse. I recall a time long ago when I was able to transfer funds from one of my accounts to another one of my accounts. Now I'm lucky I can even log in. CEO must be an i-fan.

Good to know everyone else is having the same issue... maybe that will encourage a change. I wish I could just uninstall the update and go back to the last version. Freezes all the time, forgets my quick login and my device constantly, I'm lucky if I'm even able to log in at all (after a 20-30 minute frustrating ordeal). I came think I'd many things more frustrating than this app.

App crashes a lot. reset my password all the time it's almost like it's glitching out consistently it just needs fixed!!!

Since last update app will not remember that I've signed in and set up my quick access PIN. Not impressed.

Crashes, lags, logs us off. I've never left an app review before but I was compelled by how trash this app is.
