Glitchy, can't get the screen to be anything but blank so inconvenient.

Over the past 6 months I have been locked out of my account several times because it "doesn't recognize my device". Ive recently called customer service, did all of the suggestions they gave me to try to fix it, and nothing works. Horrible app and a horrible waste of my time trying to fix a problem that should be fixed by the makers of this app not the individual customers.

App works with fingerprint half the time other half doesn't give the option it just makes you enter password

Recent updates have caused the app to not remember my phone, therefore it continues to ask me to set a new pin. Annoying.

Honestly a very sad app. So terribly disappointed. Managing my accounts is important for me in my every day life. And also to be able to see if sometimes I have enough money in my account to make a purchase. But the app makes you log in and then asks you to recreate your quick login every single time you use the app. It offers the credentials and makes you recreate a phone ID per every time you create a new log in. Everytime it updates it gets harder to login. Or makes you put in your fullword instead of the pin.

I really wish they would fix the app forgetting the Quick Login information. I have had to re-setup with a PIN and add the device dozens of times now. Please please fix.
