Took sevral days to set up, and now that my phone is broken I find that the app isn't compatible with tablets.
"Enter Pin" has no -->> 0 <<-- so I still have yet to experience the new app. 👎
The old app worked much better than the new one. Changing apps is fine if it actually worked. The apps functionality is awful with font sizes making things unreadable. A lot of work is needed to make the app better than driving all the way to the bank. It is suppossed to provide convenience but only gives headaches.
Finally an app with the level of security I need. It even keeps me out.
Difficult to navigate, can't find half of the options I had on the old app
App doesn't open, or it takes about 30 minutes to finally open. When it works, it's okay. I'll re-rate once the app has been updated and fixed.
App doesn't always open. When it does open, it asks security questions I never answered. It took more than 30 mins to access my account. I've had to reset my password 3 times already because my account locks!! Stupid!
Could you please include the functionality to add a new payee on the mobile app? Having to go to a computer for full functionality kind of defeats the purpose of having a mobile application.
The new app is as visually unappealing as it is a hassle to use. The old app was awesome. Aside from upgraded security, I'm not sure why ICCU felt like trying to fix something that wasn't broken... NOW it's broken.
