I liked the previous version better. Some things are better left well alone. If it ain't broke don't need to fix it.
App is slow and only lets me get part way through depositing a check before sending me to an unreadable screen that I can't get out of without uninstalling the app. They also cancelled my debit card before they sent out the new one.
This is not an app, it's a quick link to the website, and not so mobile friendly.
Title says it all. Nearly unusable. It started with the crashing while simply trying to set up the new app. Easy on the fly banking went out the window with this junk. The interface is less intuitive and responsive than previous app. All my saved transfer accounts are gone. The mobile deposit feature is now a joke, always cutting off the ends of the checks. This app was a waste of development time and money.
Way to break something that wasn't broken. I'll take my banking elsewhere
Hate the new update! It was so simple and quick to use before. Now I have to jump through 50 hoops and call customer support everytime I want to log in. My account is locked for the second time this week! Uugghh WHERE ARE THE REPLIES TO THE 1 STARS???
I do not like this app prefer the other app.
I went INTO the bank to avoid the wait on the phone and I was helped to answer specific questions and now that I try to log into the app once again it's asking me questions I've never even answered. WHO EVEN LIKES ANY VEGETABLES?! GET IT TOGETHER MAN!
I like the old app a lot more
