Chat display is not usable, settings are near impossible to manage. The set up process was so frustrating and confusing. I understand security but, this was rediculous. I will just use full site or in-person banking until I decide if I'm even going to keep banking with ICCU.
This app is an improvement over the old one, but only if by "improvement" you mean "a lot slower". Hopefully they will streamline it in the future. At this point, I might as well drive to my local branch to make a deposit as the Mobile Deposit feature really isn't saving me much time. There are a lot of additional clicks, and it just moves so slowly.
Like the old one better I no longer have any of my Bill payers on here and now I have to put them all back in not to mention that it took me two days to finally get the app to work
Difficult to navigate and time consuming. Constantly have to shrink/enlarge screen to read and find things.
It's taken me a whole week I've called everyday and they still can't figure out what's wrong
This app doesn't work.
I hate it. It's tedious to use the new app and it isn't user friendly at all. The old app was so much better!

Prepare to get your account locked and be on hold to no end. I feel physically sick from this awfull "upgrade" what a joke
