Won't let me access my account keeps asking questions i don't even recognize

I hate how I have to frequently enter in my security questions even if I save my phone. Sometimes the app loads forever and I have to reload it. Checking my balance and doing transfers is an easy process.
You promised that it would work for everyone. Yet so many can not get what they need. The bank seems fine, but this is not good at all. So many people are being left in the dark and we came to this bank to have the opposite.
Takes forever to update info and then all of a sudden, (a week later) you have $100.00 worth of overdraft fees that you have no idea about.
