Do not like the app asking all the questions re my answers about 3/4 of the time when I try to log on. Do not like that at all.
It constantly has a problem with wanting me to enter a temporary password. PLEASE FIX! also, whenever I want to use fingerprint authorization, I'll put my finger on the fingerprint sensor and it will say finger print authorization canceled. Maybe once in a blue moon it will work with the fingerprint. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES
I dont know why the change but it is awful. It isnt user friendly. Put it back to the wa y it was.
This app is horrible it makes me reset and name my device all the time and doesn't save my log in. Lags really bad and have to force close almost every day.
Used to work okay. Takes a long time for the submit button to go green when logging on. With the most recent update I have to manually close the app every time I go to log back on even after it tells me I've been logged out. UPDATE : App competely broken won't even load. LG G6
Great concepts, bad implementation. I frequently have to reregister my device with the app. Each time, I just name my device something different. I have a great, long list of "Angelo's phone" variants since it tends to forget me so often. The latest update now causes the app to forget me every time I log out. My wife's phone, a completely different make and model, does the same. Additionally, I just sit and stare at the app for 15-60 seconds every time I start it up before I can begin to log in. The app has really gotten bad with the new automatic snap shot of checks. I'm getting about half of mine back due to unusable images.
Very glitchy, always resets, easily the worst bank app I've ever used.
This app used to look and function fine, but every update changes the interface and makes it look more and more like it was designed to be used by children. It's unprofessional, the swiping between tabs is so poorly executed that you can only swipe between tabs once out of every eight tries.
