The new app and website are garbage. They're both unintuitive and not user friendly. I'm glad they forced their customers to endure this kind of poor experience. It's one more reflection of the poor customer service that this company provides to it's customers.
I had zero issues with the old app/website. This one is constantly cycling me through the same pages over and over again when I press a link ... That is when it'll even accept my password in the first place. Ive had trouble checking my account and paying my bills on time since this update.
It won't allow me to log in! I have uninstall it and reinstalled it 3 times!! I loved the app before the update!
Live chat still has some serious issues on the mobile application, everything's so big it fills the screen on my mobile device and is completely unusable!! Also, the back button needs to exit the application after logging out! Messages still take 24 hours to show up in the inbox.

Every time I tried to login, it would say it doesn't recognize the account. Then it would ask me my security questions, then it locked me out of my account.
Authentication took me 3 hours, recommend you use their website to access records till they get more bandwidth.
Its not loading even . At least let us use the old app until you fix the new one
Why does it ask a billion questions?!?! Especially if you already have an account. I cant fully log in Ive been trying for two days. Once i get past one point it asks another ridiculous question. I've just been driving to the atm and getting my balance there.
