I haven't got in. This thing won't send me a password. They obviously made a new link and called it was an update, because if it was an update my information would have already been in there.
I just wanted to hurry and check my account balances on my app little did I know I'll spend the next ten minutes of my life downloading the new app filling out all sorts of new forms for an app I didn't even want, tried to use the Internet version and still made me fill this out. SO INCONVENIENT!!! have to redo everything for a less easy app to, use very upset.
Prefer the old app.... This one is to complicated and it would be nice if the bank would tell us when things change. Very inconvenient.
This update is horrible!
Before you changed the app, you should have made 24hr LIVE assistance!!! What kind of company ignores what there clients are telling them this new app is NOT user friendly... ever hear that saying " if it ain't broke don't fix it" ? I will be changing banks.
It took me forever to open the ridiculous thing- had to get locked out a couple times first. If it was any other app I wouldn't be so upset. But this is one I use daily and necessarily and ALWAYS with the same device. Pretty disappointed in what they came up with.
The app is ridiculous it's not even an app anymore it's a shortcut directly to their website without the option of going to another site. If you want to go to the website then got to it on your browser do not download. It's going to frustrate you.

The format with the old app was definitely way more user friendly and efficient looking. This new "updated" app feels like a step backward.
This update to this bank honestly, literally almost gave me a diabetic coma. Suddenly having such a lengthy process to access my bank when I medically needed it has caused me to completely rethink whether I should continue using their services. This bank clearly does not understand what barring people from their accounts has the potential of doing to their customers.
