I don't feel the new app is an improvement from the previous one Pacific regards to user interface. The parents is nicer but there seems to be extra steps that seemed unnecessary. Specifically it's very difficult to transfer money and it's got issues when you try to in the amount that you want to transfer. I did not notice that the new app was easier at all also. As a member the only thing I care about is making things quicker and easier for me to do on the app the rest of the features are not important basic stuff transferr... read more
Keeps giving me an error message when I try to open it. This is after a new update
Latest update won't focus the camera during mobile depositing. Please fix.
The bug that causes it to not recognize my phone is annoying. Other than that it's pretty decent. Don't use it for much but balance check and the occasional transfer.
Totally broke the mobile upload camera function with the latest update. The camera can't/wont focus. Work great before you guys broke it with the last update.
I am SICK of this app not working properly. If you can't build a properly functioning banking app, how am I to know that the app's security is also functioning properly?? I can't log in unless I answer my security questions, yet the app doesn't allow me to type in my answers on the question page. FIX THIS BS APP!!!!!!
Great before latest update... Now I cannot do anything, I would log in, on that screen I would have a "locale" notification that I can do nothing with, and that notification follows me through all other pages... With that notification it covers up all of my accounts therefore not able to transfer or even look at my balances... I have tried to push all "Available" buttons on the notification to no avail... Now I am locked out due to trying to access through a different point... Will be calling tomorrow
This app never works when I need it to work. Never.
It's improving still has issues like unable to access my account when they are updating the app.
