I can't log in. And I just got paid and now I can't pay my bills online because I can't log in! I work graveyard so it's a big inconvenience to have to go to the bank when u guys open up this morning. Ugggh 😔
I don't know who was thinking an iPhone ap would work smooth on my galaxy. Too slow, sleek design is just a distraction. If I want to do all that online banking I'll use the computer at home. Bring back the simple functionality.
It took me one day, ONE DAY to get this stupid thing loaded. You clearly didn't test it well enough. Furthermore, you should have been able to keep our login information. This is a mickey mouse roll out that wasted a lot of my time today. I just wanted to check my balance today and eight hours later I finally got to do that. Not sure if I'll stay or not.
I can't even open it! All I get is a green screen and when I scroll past that nothing will work. Why did we need to change it. It seems like banks and credit unions are constantly trying to out do each other with changes!
I can't even get on after I was sent a new temporary password! I called customer service 7 times, ten minutes each before I hung up!
I have tried several times now and the site still will not let me log in.
Pretty sad when you call for help and they tell you to close your account if you want... However good note is I got 3 emails saying this was happening so there was notice. Yes I was mad earlier today as I couldn't see anything. I can now and its easier to use then before...thank you for fixing it... Please tell your people you never know who your talking to and they shouldn't act like they don't care... The other App was so much more convenient and easier to work with. This new App is no where near convenient and is hard to work with
