Can't log in without it attempting fingerprint id and messing up. Can't find a way to disable it so i can just use pin. Used to be an excellent app! Please fix.
App used to work great but now I can't pay my bills with it because it doesn't let you confirm payment anymore. I click the confirm payment button and it does absolutely nothing. So instead I have to click on full website. It's so frustrating and annoying!!!!
I live in a small town that does not have an actual ICCU here, I rely on the mobile deposit. Well...that's a joke in itself considering it never works on my husbands phone (who earns the checks) and rarely works on mine. I'm about ready to switch banks.
Used to love this app and the quick log in. It hasn't worked for months and the side menu is totally grayed out and says loading error when I try to access it. Not so quick and easy to use anymore ICCU
I can look at my balances, but it says there's an error after logging in and I have no options to do anything else. I have to use the website to do anything, so I uninstalled the app. (I've uninstalled and re-installed 4 times over the last several months.)
App locks up when opening. I uninstalled and reinstated a couple times, no luck. I'd rather go to the bank than use this app.
Doesn't save my quick login. Wants me answer security questions but doesn't type in the given fields.
Hate the app. Always crashes. The bank holds your direct deposit for any remote holiday for four days. It's just a hassle. I'm closing my account with them.
