Not really happy with service there

While the facility was clean, the staff didn’t appear to have any sense of urgency. I did not feel listened to or medically treated by the providers during my visit. I requested an IV as I knew I was severely dehydrated, but was told they were unable to because the nurse left 4 hours before the clinic closed. When I mentioned my heart felt like it was racing, the provider stated it was likely just due to anxiety. I was later admitted to the emergency room with severe sepsis. First of all some of the medical staff doesn’t were the face masks properly, they have it below their nose. When the doctor came into the room, he was sarcastically smiling and showed me physically with his both hands a gesture of having sex in the back, rectum. Immediately I told him, no doctor this is from constipation, I had hard time to use the restroom. Then he said: ahhh, O.K.
