No coffee in the room and had to wait until 8 am for anything to open. Casino or coffee shop didn’t open until 8. People need their coffee!!!!!!!!! For the price we were very disappointed

Only TAKE - Never give! I arrived @ 1 hour before the check in time. (The parking lot was quite empty) In order to check in early they wanted an extra $10!!! They would not hold my bags until later "due to Covid". It would seem that they had rooms available and ready but just WANTED the extra $. LESS service but more charges. Any other stays I had on this trip at other hotels they seemed happy to have guests. I did not feel like that here. I'll stay somewhere else the next time.

The hotel is looking very worn. The carpet was thread bare and there was mold in the shower along with a stain on the wall by the bed. It was very loud at night yet our family had security called at 2 PM for a crying baby. We have stayed there several times in the past with no problems until this unfortunate visit.

Drugs laziness and theft Room was okay, they didn't turn the a/c on as requested so walked into hot room my gilr has sever asthma so it was hard for her to breathe until it cooled down, then the other guests were smoking drugs the smell reached the elevators no one working there did anything about it and if you can smell it all the way to the elevators its obvious they smelled it,the photobooth in the arcade took $8 then after complaint asking to be reimbursed they said that they would have someone call me to explain what ha... read more

The staff was friendly and helpful, so let that reflect. however, compared to other Iowa casino hotels this place is ridiculous. Everything in this place has a rule or regulation attached, wrist bands for the pool, currently require masks on every inch of the property and get the third degree to enter the floor. not an unpleasant stay, but if you abhor being treated like cattle then maybe check out a different casino.
