BUGS, AND THE FRONT DESK NEVER TOLD US WHERE THE ROOM WAS LOCATED. WE CARRIED OUR BAGS TO THE OPPOSITE END AND THEN BACK. HOUSEKEEPING VERY NICE PEOPLE.
BEWARE! DO NOT STAY! PLEASE READ Stayed 2 nights for business close by in the area. Truck was broken into in parking lot of casino hotel. Neither security or any casino/hotel employee was in any way helpful in determining who stole the items. There are cameras everywhere, but of course not one security official viewed the footage to determine what happened. I am certain that this isn't the first time! Customer service is horrible! Disappointment This was a disappointment. Outdated, in the middle of nowhere. Casino was almost empty. Room was clean and the employees were friendly. However, there was not even soap in the bathroom.
Hot,hot,hot,and not in a good way! Arrival and check in was great. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was very hot when we arrived, and never got cool. We had three visits from maintance, they would restart the air conditioning unit, but it would cool for about 20 minutes and go off. The maintance staff was very polite and efficient, just not able to solve the issue in an occupied room. They offered to move us at 2:30 am, but we were in our PJ,s and half asleep! Toto were not in Louisiana. Stay was not bad if your are a Gambler, I am not. Found the rooms to be clean except for the carpet which I would say needs cleaning about 2 years ago. The staff was very friendly. The area is in the great unknown. I say this because when I got in to the hotel I had asked the clerk{I have to say we arrived late and it was dark} were are we. She told me if you go over the bridge which is just outside the hotel you are in Arkansas. Any way that is my 2 cents. Please enjoy your stay.
Close to family function. Dirty carpet,shower,toilet and lazy security female.
