rude staff The staff at check in were rude and unfriendly. Then we were awakened this morning to the sound of children in the next room yelling and screaming and jumping around. I think their parents left them in the room alone because there was a no disturb sign on the door.

My girlfriend and I went for a night while traveling to Oklahoma hoping to have a fun night at the casino before staying with family for the week. The room itself was ok but they couldn't get us a blow dryer that worked, no toothbrush, no lotion, and no toothpaste. We also had to call several times before they even picked up. Outdated casino and hotel The staff was rude. The slot machines were old and the table games were closed most of the time

Disappointing Bare bones amenities for an expensive rate. There was no printed information about the facility, restaurants, or casino!! In room coffee was awful and the pots were empty in the morning in the guest lounge area!!! GRRRRR.

Wrong place, wrong time! I would have picked a different date, had I known that approx 30% of their slot machines were not working.

The room was prepaid in August. A hold was put on the card which caused an over limit charge on the account.
not satisfied Should install refrigerator in rooms and microwaves in room
Smells bad When we walked in the room smelled bad. The water tasted and smelled bad. We couldn't take a shower because it smelled so bad. We slept on top of the cover with our clothes on because the sheets smelled bad and had stains on them. We spoke to the staff and they told us we could leave but we were not getting a refund. The room was supposed to be $67 but I have been charged $117. Overall this was a bad night on our anniversary weekend.
