room smells like a dirty cat box. terrible smell in my room. Wait staff was rude and unpleasant.

Disappointed The bathroom was dirty and thrre was no fridge in the room and the internet was down but the bed was wonderful and the sportsbar at the casino refused us service.because we were white....

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. This was perhaps the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel for what they charge. The "Free WiFi" was a joke. It was as slow as a dialup connection and extremely unstable. I was only able to connect one of my devices for a very short period of time before being dropped.

rude staff The staff at check in were rude and unfriendly. Then we were awakened this morning to the sound of children in the next room yelling and screaming and jumping around. I think their parents left them in the room alone because there was a no disturb sign on the door.

My girlfriend and I went for a night while traveling to Oklahoma hoping to have a fun night at the casino before staying with family for the week. The room itself was ok but they couldn't get us a blow dryer that worked, no toothbrush, no lotion, and no toothpaste. We also had to call several times before they even picked up. Disappointing Bare bones amenities for an expensive rate. There was no printed information about the facility, restaurants, or casino!! In room coffee was awful and the pots were empty in the morning in the guest lounge area!!! GRRRRR.
