Old needs remodel Room clean and employees nice and friendly. Air conditioner not working in room Elevators not b in convenient area. Food was gross in oh grill. Never again

Old and heater made noise check in was long and I had to drive two doors down to get to the entrance with my bags

tge tv was super small, the cable did not work The valet parking is slow, the rooms are crap for the price I had to pay. Buffet is too small of an area lines wrapped around a wall. The staff wouldn't bring towels up after calling 10 times in a 3 hour time frame, no sodas in machines, ice machine was out of order all 3 days of my stay!

keep driving by, don't stay here!! There's not enough room to type on here to say how bad it was

The casino was poorly ran and the beds was not king size

bad food the worst buffet I have eaten

Hotel Hotel really needs an upgrade. Wi-fi was just unreal work this minute and the next minute it did not. A rail should be in bathtub for older folk to hold on too. Hotel without a microwave and refrigerator in this room but amenties listed it as being in the room.

In the middle of nowhere. The hotel was so far away from everything. The road to get there was horrible. Will never be staying there again.

Awful Terrible. Cleaned our room the first day took all the dirty towels and didn't leave clean ones. We asked for towels the second day and didn't receive any. Asked again for towels the third day and didn't receive any we finally had to walk the halls looking for a cleaning person to get towels. Room was in poor condition.
