Sold a Off the Strip Hotel Bed was so small only one person could sleep on it and it was a double, the lights were broke in the room and the TV was so bad you had to turn it off. The AC unit was broke or locked out and room was hot and they did'nt care, Bottom line never stay at this hotel.
Close to casino I requested a king size smoking and got standard non smoking
Not a good place to stay Room did have what I requested and was dirty they said money wasn’t took out my account but it was and I didn’t even stay

More like a Motel than a Hotel I am disable, no one assisted me until 20 minutes after I fell in the parking lot. I requested a ground floor at the reservation but I was assigned a room upstairs that was an extremely long distance from where I was parked, I felt as if I was going to have a heart attach from each time I had to walk to and from my car. The bed was so lumpy that I never laid down. I slept in a chair. It had an order and the overall stay was horrible. The worst I have ever experienced in a so-called Hotel.
First time visiting here, and probably the last. Receptionist was terrible, did not give clear directions to our room. Walking through the actual casino laden with our luggage just seemed so inappropriate. They don’t top up the coffee throughout your stay, the pen that was already in the room on arrival had disappeared the next day, I figured it’s rolled off the night stand, I didn’t find the pen but found out it has never been cleaned behind there, I took photos of the mess. Bad comp service! The hotel was wonderful and the staff was friendly! Although the comp part for meals was very outrageous...
Awful Room was outdated. Shower did not work and hair dryer was broken plus not a decent place to eat. Don't go!
