Falls flat Check in was expedient, but it was downhill from there. We had to push our luggage through the lobby and the entire casino to get to the elevator (1). Many people waiting at same time so it was a long wait. Hallways were narrow, rooms were small and outdated. There was no remote for the tv. Called the desk and waited an hour for the remote and then another half hour to get it programmed. No where near the value for what we paid for this room.

A waste of Money The bedding broke us out, the rooms are extremely small, lightening in the room was terrible & the switches didn't work. The details says queen beds but they were full size. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Vending machine didn't work on any floors; we had to go to 3 different buildings to get a vending machine. The AC unit didn't work & when maintenance fixed it, an hour later, it started smelling like it was on fire! The bathroom wasn't cleaned as expected. Rude staff. The water coming out of the shower and sinks looked like pond water. Run down and poorly mainted room. I don't recommend staying at this establishment.

Room was small, way outdated, and looked dirty. Looked nothing like pictures online. Winter floor smelled like smoke even though smoke free floor.

Old needs remodel Room clean and employees nice and friendly. Air conditioner not working in room Elevators not b in convenient area. Food was gross in oh grill. Never again

tge tv was super small, the cable did not work The valet parking is slow, the rooms are crap for the price I had to pay. Buffet is too small of an area lines wrapped around a wall. The staff wouldn't bring towels up after calling 10 times in a 3 hour time frame, no sodas in machines, ice machine was out of order all 3 days of my stay!
