Not a nice stay!!! The beds are very comfortable. The sunlight beaming in is horrible. Who wants to be awaken by the sun after playing slots all night. They charged my credit card multiply times. No hot water for a shower! The front dest staff is very rude! Over priced Buffett!!!
Not impressed our room was one of the furthest ones from the casino and restaurants, and the buffet was too expensive and the food was not all that great. no wi fi available and the hotel clerk was kind of rude. We will never go there again or recommend this hotel.

Clarksdale Juke Joint Festival Stay The hotel/casino was in the middle of nowhere, it was dated and in need of an update/renovation. Upon our arrival, and as soon as we walked into the lobby, the smell of smoke was overwhelming from the casino. And although we had a non-smoking room, once inside there was more than a faint smell of smoke in our room. Additionally, unlocking the door with our room card key was a "hit and miss" situation. A Hotel 6 with a casino. The hotel is showing its age, carpet stained and the bedspread ripped. Only rooms available close to the Juke Joint Festival. Previously the hotel had provided shuttle service to the festival, but Management decided to cancel for 2016. I may have to drive a little further next year, as I will not be returning to this hotel. I will commend the hourly staff. They were happy to assist with any needs.

NOT MUCH OF A ROOM CHECKED IN, TWO DAYS LATER CHECKED OUT. WAS THERE FOR A BLUES FESTIVLE IN CLARKSDALE 20 MILES AWAY.

what happened to the shuttle We came into town for the Juke Joint Festival. On an earlier website you had stated that you had a shuttle service to and from the festival. No such service was available. This was one of the drawers of us purchasing rooms with your Casino and we will not be back. There was no cab service after 9 p.m. this was a major inconvenience

Steer clear kids! The hotel was NO where near Tunica! In the middle of nowhere, and we thought we saw a dead body floating in the pond, but it was only trash. WHEW! The hotel smelled like smoke, with cigarette burns all in the carpet (yes was supposed to be a non smoking room). The restaurant buffet had been sitting out for hours,and there were signs everywhere about their water inspections!

Terrible Experience There was nothing good about my stay at the hotel. From the beginning, the cashier was rude, the reservation was booked wrong and offered no assistance with my handi-cap situation. By the time we got to our room, we were to tired to go to casino because it required us to walk completely around the hotel to get to casino and I am in a wheel chair and my companion has COPD. When we were ready for a shower, there was no running water to shower. We had to wait for maintenance to hook up the water.
