what happened to the shuttle We came into town for the Juke Joint Festival. On an earlier website you had stated that you had a shuttle service to and from the festival. No such service was available. This was one of the drawers of us purchasing rooms with your Casino and we will not be back. There was no cab service after 9 p.m. this was a major inconvenience

Steer clear kids! The hotel was NO where near Tunica! In the middle of nowhere, and we thought we saw a dead body floating in the pond, but it was only trash. WHEW! The hotel smelled like smoke, with cigarette burns all in the carpet (yes was supposed to be a non smoking room). The restaurant buffet had been sitting out for hours,and there were signs everywhere about their water inspections!

Terrible Experience There was nothing good about my stay at the hotel. From the beginning, the cashier was rude, the reservation was booked wrong and offered no assistance with my handi-cap situation. By the time we got to our room, we were to tired to go to casino because it required us to walk completely around the hotel to get to casino and I am in a wheel chair and my companion has COPD. When we were ready for a shower, there was no running water to shower. We had to wait for maintenance to hook up the water.
Not all that THE SET UP WAS HORRIBLE IT WAS RAINING AND WE HAD NO HELP GETTING our LUGGAGE TO ROOM BELLMAN was no wAy to be found

BEWARE they charge you more than price on Hotels.c OUR stay was horrible I dont see us going back in the future. The manage argued with me for twenty minutes at check in stating that I had cancelled my booking when I hadnt then she over charged me on the room and I had to pay it and Hotels.com could not do anything about the over charge. They gave us a tiny room that was not the one that we had booked. Also, when we went to eat they waited twenty to thirty minutes to seat us even though they were not busy. Cleanest!!! Walk into the room the room smell was bad,had to ask housekeeping to give me another shower curtain because it was dirty had a lot of mold on it and the blanket between the sheets was dirty as well. I gave housekeeping my dirty towels so I can have some for the next didn't get any.
