I like it attached to the casino…. But disappointed with the rooms… our bathroom didn’t like clean… Beds were hard and that comforter and pillows. “ LORD HELP”…. My first timing staying here… and never will stay again

Bad service and no amenities There are none of the amenities you would expect at a casino/hotel. The cafe hours are limited. The front desk does not open until 10am. There was 1 packet of coffee in order room and no way to get more. There was not way to get clean towels. We were booked for two nights, but left after one night because the service was so bad. There wasn't anyone to talk to at the hotel to get any help.

The hotel was dirty. Room had stained wore out carpet. If this is what u recommend on your site we will not use it again

Coffee maker in the room was not working and they did not have a self serve coffee. I asked 4 different people for coffee and finally a sweet security guard got me some coffee. The floor manager of the casino would not even help.

Rooms carpet were very nasty. Bugs crawling everywhere. Marijuana smell throughout the hotel.

Bad place to stay Hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. It was very dirty. Had a horrilbe odor. Restaurant was closed. Sure not worth the price. Lady at front desk was rude. Will never stay at this place again.
