Spiders in the bathroom. Yellow water coming from the sink and shower
The carpet was filthy the phone didn’t work and the bed had stains on them terrible for almost 200 never will I ever stay there again

The room was really nice and clean, no problems with the appearance of room. Only, we did not receive ANY services in this room. I know you don't change the bed every day, but what about bathroom or vacuum the floor after a couple days of being used. NOTHING!! Also, there were no explanations given on your Housekeeping polices. Upon checking out this morning, there was not anyone to talk or to get a receipt of my charges. There was not high speed WiFi in the room as advertised. Actually, no wifi service on the property. Pool was closed. Room was clean and comfortable
It was more of a motel,not a hotel. Clothes storage is rack attached to the wall. You had to request an iron and board from front desk. There wasn't a microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. It doesn't have a restaurant only a grill. It doesn't have the minimum amenities expected to be provided by a hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone nor will I return even if I were given a free room.

This hotel is old and outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced, lots of stains. The beds needs to be replaced. The ac unit is old. The tv is so small. I was so ready to leave. The room was clean though.
