Unkempt, dirty, no fridge, no microwave, no liners in waste baskets, no iron and no ironing board. No food avaiable other than vending machines.

The room wasn’t clean, and there were some kind of bug fly around in the room! They had to give me another room. It wasn’t to much better. I will not be going back there.
The hotel part of the casino had very good security. The hotel room was filthy. Carpets had stains n burn marks. I wore my shoes the whole time.

Very overpriced for an old, shabby hotel. Be prepared to walk a lot because it is very spread out. Curtis was very helpful and changed us to a room closer to the parking lot. He was the only one that really helped 2 old ladies. No valet, limited help with our luggage.
