Rundown hotel Run down hotel,needs updated..staff was rude,rooms appeared dirty,dirty carpet and dirty bathroom, but the bed was comfortable...everything there was closed except for one place to eat thar had small menu...
Although our reservation was for 2 adults the room was set up for 1 person. The carpet in the room needs replaced, very disgusting and did not seem clean. Not up to our expectation of an Isle of Capri property.
We had spiders in the room
nasty Hair on stool, bugs crawling on floor carpet dirty. All a round nasty
Worst ever. Worst experience of our trip. The first room had a broken toilet. The second room had a broken thermostat. After that was fixed, we moved an upholstered chair and discovered a gaping two-foot hole in the side! We gave up. The carpet was dirty. The bed, however, was excellent!
I didnt like the fact that I booked a king non smoking room a month in advance and when I checked in I got a double smoking room. I didn't like the fact that I was told by them that 2 of 3 restaurants were open and only the snack bar was open. I didnt like the fact that my double room had 2 spiders one living and one dead in the shower. I didn't like the fact that when I did get the king room I had booked the next day at 4pm, no one offered to help us switch rooms. The bed was comfortable what I didn't like was everything else there was nowhere to get food except for one place that had Frozen hamburger hot dogs cheesesteaks french fries just pretty much junkie food the chili was chilly you get out of a can I asked the lady if you're chilly in a good she said yes really good it was the chilly you get out of a can and put on a hot dogs when you're on a desperate time I'm not in a desperate time but that night I was in a desperate time but I still could not eat the chili the cheese steak ... read more
