Help with adding card for Conversion fee David Cruz listened to my issue about the website not working for adding a credit card for the payment of the Conversion fee. I had tried 2 different cards, and had tried various web browsers, and also an incognito browser he suggested. But the error kept occurring. David got help and then Fuji Tan also helped with completing the conversion transaction after they successfully added my card for payment.
