The first time I transferred funds it was a little confusing dealing with the different requirements of each company. This was also during the worst part of the pandemic. We worked through it and finally got the transfer made. The second time I transferred funds it only took a few days. It has been easy to buy crypto and so far I have not sold any. Costs are straight forward and the platform is quick and easy. The best part, it's a self directed account.
Very helpful in assisting with my rollover from a 457 plan. Extremely good communication as we worked through a couple bugs created by my previous custodian. The selection of available Cryptos keeps growing. I am very happy with my new iTrust IRA account.
Love the dashboard! gave 4 stars because on ramping cash is a bit clumsy.
Great option for Roth IRA
Easy transition from my existing account. Like new crypto technologies, ITrust moves faster and more efficiently than my previous brokerage firms. The difference is obvious when the two worked together to move the funds. Nice selection of assets and easy trading between positions.
iTrust customer service has been excellent! They have always been quick to respond and have assisted me with the complicated transfers that I've needed.

I moved my Roth IRA from TDAmeritrade to iTrustCapital so I could buy crypto with my IRA which TDAmeritrade does not offer. It was a very easy process moving it over and making my first few crypto purchases. So far so good!
