Overall good experience, in getting account set-up. The initial set up was somewhat tricky and the fact I had to wait a few days in order to have a scheduled phone call was a "pain". Nonetheless I had a very positive experience with Mark Morales @ iTrust Capital in the initial set up and subsequent follow up phone calls from him to ensure the account was set up properly and assisted with any questions regarding funding my account. Bumpy start but issues have been resolved with help from support staff It took over a day due to technical hiccups but I now have the account set up and authorized funding from an existing account at another custodian. Technical difficulties occurred on two occasions which were frustrating so that's the negative. email could not verify in the beginning there was a snafu with my acct being verified , i went through a cpl of reps to help me . then my ticket was fwd to calvin lai who was very patient articulate and sincere to my issue ( disconnect with email verification ) calvin walked me through it and everything is fine now i also want to commend daniel martin who tried hard to get this done in a reasonable fashion. kudos to both . you guys ( especially ) calvin was great . company should condider him a valuable asset.

It’s great that they don’t charge a… It’s great that they don’t charge a maintenance fee for an IRA. Decent amount of coins. Would love to have $LUNA (Terra) Transaction fees are 1% which is okay given you don’t have to report your transactions on your taxes which is the main issue with non IRA accounts. Main drawback is all trades are market price. No stops or limit orders.
