All of a sudden I can't log in All of a sudden I can't log in. I've tried from different computers, phones, and browsers. It accepts my password and acts like is going to work, but it just goes back to the log in screen. When I call at 3pm no one answers. This is very concerning when money is involved and no one is there on a business day at 3pm

I can't log into my iTrustCapital… I can't log into my iTrustCapital account. It keeps bringing me back to the login screen, even after sending my verification code. The offices are closed and there's nothing online about the website being down. This is unacceptable!

Something is fishy with this company Something is fishy with this company. I rolled over my IRA from Fidelity to iTrust to long term hold crypto a year back. I am starting to find out that their support is non existent and not willing to help you log into your own account. Their KYC has been showing up error for a couple of days now and I am afraid that they might be insolvent. I have been trying to reach out to them but one guy tells me my request has been sent to the engineers and no response thereafter.

Customer service is terrible Fast response to my concerns

Hi Vincent, You were not told that you would receive a call on 11/22. Distributions take 7-14 business days to complete, and you're at business day 6 due to the holiday schedule. As you can see from our reviews, our clients are very satisfied with our distribution and withdrawal process.

Great experience but be patient! This was my first time making an in-kind transfer out of my inherited IRA. The process takes a little extra time for paperwork and verification procedures but it's all for legal and safety reasons. Once that was done, I just had to wait for my crypto to transfer to my wallet. Great Customer Experience! I was pleasantly surprised today when Trent was able to speak with me in an extended conversation and address all my concerns in detail regarding their ability to secure my crypto. iTrust sets itself apart by their ability to get on the phone and intelligently address any and all questions a client might have! Faulty system empty apologies Be careful putting any funds here, I have been unable to purchase crypto for months now. I have 3k available USD and when I try to buy any asset and it says failed to execute order. When I speak to customer service they are apologetic and keep saying give us a few more days. I appreciate the apology but I would prefer to have the use of my funds. Luckily I only have lunch money in there.
