I love ITrust Capital Customer Service I love ITrust capital!! They are the best retirement platform for a crypto investor and I have been with them for three years. The customer service at ITrust is the best!! I want to thank Nadia for all her help with her quick response to my Roth conversion needs. I also want to mention Zach who is also one of the best members at ITrust. I am looking forward to a long and a prosperous relationship with the ITrust Organization!

Itrustcapital is good. When I signed up on the app. My bank was not listed at first. I found my $1000 and it was an error on my banks side. I will invest with Itrustcapital again.

We make it very straight forward to deposit funds, and it's important that clients follow all of the instructions we provide. It looks like you submitted a wire and an ACH request, but you were under the impression they were both ACH requests. Couldn't be happier talking to a real support person that speaks English Calvin Lai is a rare combination of competentance, professionalism, and personality. He solved my issues immediately, while at the same time holding an engagging conversaion. His confidence is the main reason I am not currently pulling my crypto off iTrust given their current rummored Fortress Crypto "issues."

I had an easy time transferring funds… I had an easy time transferring funds into ITC. Any questions I had were promptly answered. I like being able to invest in crypto with funds otherwise locked into traditional investment areas. My biggest wish right now is to be able to request for additional tokens to be available to trade, particularly if there is a significant community push for it.

I love that I can trade within the… I love that I can trade within the account, including crypto and metals. Whenever I need to do a distribution Jimmy always takes care of me and makes sure I get the funds asap. He does above and beyond. Great customer service from itrust so far.

The customer service staff are not… The customer service staff are not professional, knowledgeable, or helpful in my experiece. I can hear 14 people talking in the background when I call..it's bit distracting. The website needs MAJOR improvements in both design and function. I've linked my bank to the "new" banking system 10 times now and keep getting a message to link my account. After calling customer service they were completely baffled and said they had to get to their tech team to figure out why. So now I can't make a c... read more

I cannot add funds to my existing… I cannot add funds to my existing account. I have a connected bank account, but, I keep getting the message to add a bank account. . I keep getting recycled thru the process of “add bank account “. Then a message comes up saying I’ve successfully added my bank. Hi Robert, I just left you a voicemail to connect on this. This is not a widespread issue in our system. We've processed thousands of ACH deposits in the last few months alone, and very few folks experience friction. Those that do, typically because they use a smaller bank or credit union, simply link a different bank or send a check/wire.

Company delisted MANA and ALGO tokens… Company delisted MANA and ALGO tokens without any notice! I now cannot sell those tokens and have no control over them! Highly unprofessional! Also, NO follow up communications from CEO/management regarding this!

FIDELITY MAY BE A BETTER OPTION?! SEC mentioned ALGO and MANA, and management immediately delisted these tokens. ALL other tokens (except Bitcoin) can also get delisted any time by management. For only the Bitcoin offering, might as well TRANSFER TO FIDELITY!
