Itrust not answering calls or email. Panic! I transferred money on a roll over and itrust did confirm they have the funds. It has now been over a week and they have not made the funds available. I have called and was told tomorrow. Now they won't answer the phone and not responding to email. I believe something bad has happened.

Transaction Fraud I executed several transactions this morning for Bitcoin. All these transactions showed an amount $100's below $30,000. Yet all of my transactions beginning yesterday evening show for exactly $30,000. Unfortunately I didn't go back and look into transaction history until after I had done many transactions. I'm shocked! I wonder if these kinds of things happen with fidelity. Considering moving my money.

Update: We did have some technical issues due to a change to a new Qualified Custodian on 4/10. This led to a small subset of users experience poor buy/sell execution. We took action and rectified this situation. We haven't experienced similar issues since. This client has been reimbursed and their issue is resolved. Thank you for your time over the phone earlier this morning. We are continuing to investigate and resolve these transaction issues.
Missing money attempted to roll over 401K Attempted to roll over 401K. Previous Financial Institution confirmed money sent to iTrust seven (7) days ago. iTrust does not show money, and now they can't be reached by phone (7 attempts), and 6 emails without response. Have they shut down!? I'm starting to panic.

Worst customer service I’ve had in my… Worst customer service I’ve had in my life. I don’t normally write reviews but people should be warned. Once they have your money they don’t respond to emails for support and if you try to call you get a queue. Once you make it to the top of the queue an automated voice says they aren’t taking calls and it hangs up on you. I have no problem with a queue, the fact the system hangs up on you stating "we are not taking calls at this time" is a problem after waiting in a queue for 30 minute... read more

Sadly I have spent years of my life not… Sadly I have spent years of my life not working 3 jobs. Itust gives me the chance to put a little aside and take advantage of ups and downs to build and crypto is safer than a company proned bankruptcy but crypto is miner driven.
The combination of Roth IRA and Crypto… The combination of Roth IRA and Crypto is the most powerful investment tool ever. The only worry I have is if the US government decides the two can no longer be used together. iTrustCapital has done a good job communicating and instilling my trust during challenging times in the markets, and I have faith that they would let me know if my account were ever in jeopardy.

Customer service is slow and sends… Customer service is slow and sends generic responses rather than responding like humans asking actual questions. And the app is super buggy, it's borderline useless. With all the banks going down, particularly in crypto, I wouldn’t trust these guys to stick around.

Hi Brad, We do have actual humans answering these requests, and you are more than welcome to reply if you feel your questions are not getting answered adequately. The app is certainly not perfect, but our clients access their accounts via the app 24/7 for buying and selling, as well as submitting additional deposits whenever they wish.
Who doesnt have an Android App???? No App, limited coins, clunky platform!!
