Great Customer Service An otherwise complicated process was made easy! I Worked with Jimmy Herrera who helped me with an in-kind distribution to my ledger wallet. Jimmy provided me easy to follow instructions prior to our identity verification call. The call lasted less than 5 minutes and was seamless. I credit Jimmy and iTrust for going through great lengths and great care in ensuring all transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and my identity are verified prior to the movement of my crypto.

Yea... iTrust. At this time, I never get a robot or virtual assistant to answer my questions. I actually get to talk to a live person (Trent in this case) and get all my questions answered with clarity. You guys support crypto currency in… You guys support crypto currency in general and not bitcoin. That’s not healthy for long term investing. You should make bitcoin happen and leave the rest alone

The interface is so old The interface is so old. It is not user friendly. In assets there only the button to Sell, not to buy. The look and feel of the site is incomplete and looks more like scam site.

We've certainly had some issues this past week due to our integration with a new Qualified Custodian, as the reviews demostrate, but as you can see from our review history, we've had a great track record over the last few years.
Run don't walk away this company Run don't walk away this company! They don't take calls because of the high volume of calls they receive. Don't bother using their ticket system, they won't respond to tickets either. 'We received it today' means 'we received it a week ago'. 'We are processing it today' means 'we may never process it'. 'You'll receive the money at your new custodian in 1-3' days means 'leave me alone'.
