This company is NOT regulated! Used them for years and then I got a letter saying I had to liquidate all my crypto by December 17th 2021 because I lived in NY! I did some research and found out that they are not regulated and that's why they can't sell to NYers. When I set up an appointment and I asked WHY they couldn't keep my account (mind you, I already knew), all I got was "IRAs are complicated" and "I don't know". ITrust is off to a good start but hoping for improvements in the future. Customer service is great the fees are a little high but reasonable and access to a decent amount of crypto currencies make the overall experience pretty good. The lack of a mobile app, no ability to place limit orders and no ability to customize your dashboard are the reasons why I only went with 4 stars. I.
