Awesome low fees . . . for a crypto IRA Crypto and crypto IRA platforms generally suck compared to the main stock platforms; they are way more expensive for way less functionality and services. We suck it up because of the massive potential. Compared only to crypto IRAs, iTrustCapital appears to offer the best bang for the lowest amount of bucks -- which is still an outrageous amount of bucks. Solid option for long term hold cryptos Overall - pretty good. Account establishment is a bit labored. Takes about a day each time you try to communicate with Itrust as email back and forth is the only way. Kind of like communicating with the Mars Rover. Took me about 9 days to get 2 Roths and 2 traditional IRAs set up for me and my wife and funds moved from our existing custodian (only partial transfers) so we could trade in crypto. Very good experience Very good experience, one grip which can still make me move to Alto despite higher fee is the lack of Limit Order support. This is super critical for Crypto Assets.

customer service is terrible customer service is terrible. Phone number listed is only a recording. Only way to contact an Rep. is thru email. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

This took 1 month to complete with two… This took 1 month to complete with two personal phone calls. I made the correction requested but still took two weeks. Also I did not recieve the 100.00 for setting up a new account. Jeff

Horrendous Customer Service I've been a customer for approximately one year. Overall, I'm satisfied with the actual management of the account, but customer service is horrible. If reliable customer service is a deal-breaker for you, be warned: 1) The online help bots are terrible. They cannot accurately answer any question I have ever had. 2) There is no way to call their company. It's just a recorded message. 3) You can schedule a call with customer service, but you'll have to wait about a week. Scheduled calls are only 5 m... read more

So far I love the platform So far I love the platform. I would like to see more crypto options such as Qnt, Hbar, xrp. Also I would like the ability to place limit buy/sell orders. Furthermore I think having the ability to stake assets and earn passive returns would be amazing! Keep up the good work.
