Good so far My experience with iTrustCapital has been predominantly positive so far. Customer service is somewhat slow and it’s frustrating not being able to reach out and connect with a human on demand, but someone has always reached back out to me within a day or so. I haven’t been left hanging, at least. Amazing Company and Opportunity I'm so excited and appreciative to be able to get in early on investing in this asset class (crypto). I would like to see more options to… I would like to see more options to speak with someone on the phone. Scheduling a call for days out isn’t very helpful. In the future, I would like to see iTrust offer the ability to stake crypto in your account to earn interest. Lower the debit limit for deposits from $1000 to $100.

Company with integrity, exactly as advertised This company is exactly as advertised. With the protection against taxes and helps train a more disciplined investor. No more FOMO Lol. Great team. Customer service is the best I’ve encountered across any company. Plus it was very easy to reallocate funds from my current IRA to establish a position in crypto. Would highly recommend.

When I first researched having crypto… When I first researched having crypto in a Roth IRA to grow tax-free, it sounded like creating an SDIRA would be time-consuming and require a lawyer. iTrust skips all that and makes it super-easy. Crypto prices were in a dip and I was anxious to buy and the whole process took less then a week, so I was happy.

makes sense to me So glad to have this option to buy and hold crypto for the long term within a Roth IRA. Being free from the annual custodial fees allows greater tax free appreciation of the assets. No tax record keeping hassles. I do also realize the need for 24/7 trade availability. Other possible solutions that are only open during market hours risk being gaped out as volatility can and often does strike on the weekend. Not off to a great start Not off to a great start. Takes too long to get account funded. Platform only accepts market orders, not limit orders. If I had known that when signing up, I would have chosen someone else. What drew me to the platform was no maintenance fees, only transaction fees. That is a positive. Whether or not it is enough to keep me with iTrustCapital remains to be seen.
