More delays in distributions! IT seems iTrust Capital has a hard time processing distributions. This is the 3rd time I have had a distribution. The first time took 3-4 weeks. The second time with Jared Feldman hand holding the process, has completed in about 2 weeks. Now again with this distribution it has already been 20 days for a simple cash distribution. I'm convinced they are just incompetent because scam report consensusSRCSS, had issued a chainalysis audit and warnings on their networks earlier, had I saw that before handling my money to them, would not have fell for the IRA gimmicks. Check a chance of opting out, professional guidance on deck are excused. Having opting eighty per cent is better than losing all.

You can give them money, but they will not return it! It is a scam! I want my money back!!!! Respond to is! Give our money back! We lost 24 k with them and now we can not get rest of the money! Conditional (limit) orders are not… Conditional (limit) orders are not guaranteed. I requested a limit order and my purchase was higher than the limit I set. They probably don’t keep any crypto themselves anyway just like FTX or any other fraud company. Grateful that Itrust exist I really like having such low fee crypto IRA platform. So far all pleasant experience with all my transactions and transfers. The only reason I'm giving this review a 4 star is the delayed in processing my overcontribution withdraw. They were able to make the deadline for the tax year, but too lengthy for a perfect rating.

Site Went Down - Had No Access to Stocks for Weeks The site went down in the summer of 2022 for 5 days (July 29th until August 2nd) without any communication from iTrust Captial for days. None of us had a clue as to what was going on and why everyone had no access to their retirement IRA / Crypto accounts.
