I have been though 3 transfers… I have been though 3 transfers personally and every time is different. It seems like iTrust can't be consistent. The worst part is that when you talk to any reps its like talking into the wind. iTrust is going to make there money regardless but its still early in this game and hopefully the future brings us an entity that listens to the customer more. Also you can forget about referral rewards they want you to open an account with a particular service in order to get it. They probably get paid... read more

Taking a look at your account, it appears most of your transfers were made from a Custodian that requires physical wet-ink signatures in order to wire transfer funds over. In your case, checks were sent to fund the account each time. This significantly delays the transfer process. We will contact you on Monday to address this so future transfers are smoother. We will also follow up on the referral reward to figure out why there is a disconnect.
